Mark your calendar for a
Unique Spa Experience at GANBAN!

Thursday, July 9th, 2009
Meet at Ganban at 8:45 a.m.

Ganban is located at 144 Jupiter St.
Corner of Orbit St., Bel-Air, Makati City
Spa Session is from 9 a.m. to 12 Noon.

Ganban is the first wellness center in the Philippines to introduce the use of heated Black Silica bedrock. The stone is said to contain many "healing" attributes. Bedrock-bathing originated in Tamagawa Onsen (hot springs) in Akita, Japan. The treatment we will undergo consists of lying on the heated black silica stone bed for about 10-15 minutes, and then taking a break in the Cool-down lounge.

This process is repeated several times. The combination of Bedrock bath and oxygen should allow our group to feel rejuvenated. This should be an interesting outing to attend, especially because the benefits claimed should help improve body circulation as well as speed up our metabolism and weight loss.

* Each person will also receive a 1-hour full body massage
* SIGN-UP TODAY !

After the Spa Treatment, we will have lunch at Mickey's Delicatessen, which is located next door to Ganban. Lunch will be on your own and is optional.

Deadline for reservations is Thursday, July 2nd.
Payment is due by 4 p.m. on Thursday, July 2nd.
